Is there anything more resilient than the black spirit?

When I attended the 57th Anniversary of the March on Washington last month I was reminded of the progress made for civil rights and the very long journey we still have to go. It became apparent that the leaders of this ongoing movement had and have a great deal of persistence. In addition, their followers, the attendees of such marches and movements, must be bold and unrelenting in their actions. Even during a global pandemic throngs of supports in every shade and hue demonstrated what it means to be dedicated and passionate. I pay homage to their image. #BlackLivesMatter
